The Reality Of Life.(part 1)

Anna got herself up off the bed and to the windowsill. As she opened the curtains, rays of sunlight glistened through the window. The fresh morning dew made the grass sparkle tip of the peak with enlightened light. She opened the window pane to let the fresh morning air in.The smell of fresh air invaded her senses entirely. It brought a sense of calm and purity to her mind and her body. This is what today's generation is missing out on.The simple innocence of nature itself.Whereas in today's day and age, children and teenagers are more worried about updating their Facebook status every hour on-the hour or tweeting about everything in sight.Nobody gives a damn if a certain shirt in Giordano is to quote"OMG!To Die 4R,So Freaking Cute I Can Die"!Not to mention, the music of the young people. It seems music these days revolve around partying and living your life by drinking and getting high. What message are they trying to send to younger generation?!That it's okay for us to drink, get high and it's okay to fall in love with anyone and then when you realize the person is not the one break up with him/her and hurt their feelings. What versatility in music! Why couldn't music be as good as 80's music Bryan Adams, Michael Bolton,Aerosmith,Elton John,Bee Gees,Beatles,R.E.M. or even Frank Sinatra. With the likes of Justin Bieber,One Direction and  Cody Simpson proclaiming they know the true meaning of eternal and ever-lasting love it's not getting better in any way,Anna thought to herself for a moment

Anna sat on her bed trying to take in the reality of life these days.Anna realised that she was running late for school.Anna walked to her bathroom , stretching her arms wide.Just as Anna took her first step into her bathroom, her mother started shouting about how messy the house was and  how late they would be if Anna doesn't get her ass moving.Anna knew her mother was exaggerating. All Anna could say to that scenario was"Oh god not in the bloody morning!Kill me now please!"Anna got ready so quickly she didn't blink because she knew if she were just a millisecond late her mother would  start World-War 3.

The Awakening

Anna woke up in a fit of cold sweat. She stared at the football posters hung up on the blue walls of her bedroom. She examined her surroundings to ensure that she was back to reality as if she liked the thought of going through another miserable day called life particularly hers.Though she thought to herself what a peculiar dream she had.She wondered what meaning did this dream bring upon to her mind. She kept having dreams similar to this though.Sadly, only time would answer theses questions that seem to ponder in Anna's head.Anna turned her attention to her digital alarm clock sitting on her dressing table. The alarm clock clearly stated 6.30 a.m. ."Odd?There is no sunlight shining through her windows." Then Anna remembered her mother had hung up black antic curtains.Anna's mother had always said "Decor was always the most important in a home especially hers.Anna loved her mother dearly but Anna could never understand her mother's philosophy.Maybe because Anna was not like most girls her age.She wasn't a girly-girl or Justin Bieber's biggest fan.She was very mature for a 16-year old girl living in England. Then Anna thought to herself 'Why would anyone spend so much money on a piece of dyed cloth with embroidery on it that her grandmother could make. Then as she lay on her comfortable bed a loud booming voice shouting "Anna!" echoed through the walls;her mother.

The Beginning

Running. Is how Anna's dream began to form.Running as fast as she could from something that was not present to the human eye.She was encased in a small dark room with black walls and a white runway as if it was specifically designed for Anna to run on it.At the end of the runway, there was a blue single-leaf door.Anna motivated herself to get to the door. However, no matter how fast she ran the door seemed miles away making the distance even further away than what it really was.Slowly,Anna could feel herself let go.She could feel her body shut down gradually. She had to face the fact that sooner or later, she was going to give out. Then at the brink of exhaustion...Anna fell forward.Tripping on something illusive yet it shimmered  under the smallest ray of light that seemed to have beckoned through some part of the black wall.'Thump'
